Since we are an online only shop, our “in office” hours vary.   Generally, the best way to reach us is by email.  Emails are answered within one business day (excluding weekends), sometimes sooner if we are online.  If we are near the phone when you call, we will answer.  Otherwise, you can leave a voice message and we will return your call as soon as we can.
