Check-out at our site is through the securely encrypted PayPal ecommerce website.

Shipments

SALES TO ADDRESSES IN THE UNITED STATES: We prefer to use the USPS for domestic shipments. Fragile items always ship “priority mail” as it carries insurance protection. Every item shipped will include a Tracking Number.

INTERNATIONAL SALES: We uses Federal Express for all sales to international addresses. Be advised international buyers may also have to pay VAT and customs fees when the item arrives in your country.  We do not collect these fees.

Returns

Sales from Firethorn Antiques’ website are Final. Firethorn Antiques does not accept returns. Fragile items are packed eXtReMeLy well and shipped insured for the specific reason that the USPS no longer accepts damage claims from sellers, only buyers. Should an item arrive damaged, buyers should file a damage claim on the USPS website, keep the damaged item and shipping carton as the USPS will request to see it before paying the damage claim. Claims can be filed online and generally take 2-4 weeks to resolve.
